The Sins are merely seven children who were born on the same day, who were born without their Souls. This had never happened before and so these children were regarded widely as abominations. They literally have no conscience and have shown sociopathic tendencies since they were young (though their parents, for the most part, protected them fiercely against any attacks). Now they are all 35 years old and carry the nicknames of the seven deadly sins. This is only because their magical powers are quite different than the natural powers created from having a Soul. The Sins have learned to manipulate the energy of other people's Souls. All Sins show their sinful nature it just isn't usually as strong as when someone is infected by their magic, and their whole reason for existing is to find their "siblings" and eventually rid the world of Tethereds.
Lust: The ability to invoke the desire for sex, or just having uncontrollable, lustful thoughts.
Gluttony: The ability to invoke a ridiculous hunger for anything and everything.
Greed: The ability to invoke the desire to hoard valuables to the extent of stealing others' most precious items.
Pride: The ability to invoke the over-confidence in oneself to the point of when it becomes blinding to someone and crippling.
Envy: The ability to invoke jealousy, to where someone will kill to get what the other person has.
Wrath: The ability to invoke anger inside a person to the point where a blind-rage will infect the person and they will kill another.
Sloth: The ability to invoke such a lethargy in a person that they won't even move to drink.
Each Sin can infect three people at once; however strong minded people, such as more confident people, have an easier time fighting off an infection of Sloth, Gluttony, and Lust; but will be more susceptible to Envy, Pride, Greed, and Wrath. Those who are less confident are more susceptible to infection by Sloth, Gluttony, and Lust; and can fight off Envy, Pride, Greed, and Wrath easier. However just because something infects them easier does not mean they can't fight it off at all, it just takes longer. Conversely just because one sin doesn't infect them as easily as another it doesn't mean it's not possible. If the Sin puts more energy into trying to infect then it will likely happen, it will just be a weaker hold.
Sin Magic Rules:
-Infected targets that are weak against that type of infection, will stay in the sinful state until the character who is infected has posted 4 times at least.
-Infected targets that are strong against that type of infection, once infected will stay in the sinful state until the character has posted 3 times.
-Sins lose the ability to use magic after infecting 6 people and must recharge for three posts. This does not mean however they can't attack physically.
Blood Magic Rules:
Each Sin has the ability to tap into the power of Blood Magic, which allows the user to control the surrounding sinful energy to use darker magics, such as necromancy or other summoning magics. The more they infect people the stronger the sinful energy is, therefore making the summoned creature stronger.
-Each Sin can summon up to one creature to control.
-After each summoning the Sin must recharge for 5 posts.
-The only way to kill a summoned creature is to sever it's head from it's body.
